Cloud Library Down? Trial

Hey Keyshot Community, I’ve recently started a 14 day trial after wanting to speed up my workflow from my original software, blender. Something that was a huge benefit over Blender is the cloud feature, which has all of the custom materials etc.

Unfortunately, mine is blank, just lots of grey circles and when i click download, be it in the app or on the browser, logged in or not logged in, it just gives me a blue circle in my dash, that says -2391321321% etc? Does the cloud regularly not work or am i doing something wrong.

Hi Jack,

I notice the same here. And if I look in developer options using my browser it seems it’s an issue with the page certificate again. Could be exactly a year ago this happened as well.

That would be frustrating, as a full stack developer by trade, i know its one click to apply a new certificate, i’ll hold out for the rest of the trial and hope i get to play with it. :smile:

Yeah I know :slight_smile: I always hope they forgot because they are working on a new library system, current cloud library feels a bit outdated compared to KeyShot Studio itself.

I’ve sent an email about the issue to KS directly so hope it’s fixed soon.
